Pepper Lindgren-Streicher (Pepper Raccoon) is a visual artist and illustrator living on a rural block in Kaeo. She started her career at the prestigious California Institute of the Arts, graduating with a BFA, then moving back to New Zealand one year later. She works across fine art, lowbrow, and illustrative styles, utilising digital tools, ink, watercolour, pencil, and more. Her subject focusses include food, nature, sustainability, and studies of plants and animals. She is enthusiastic about connecting with galleries and other regional art opportunities, and is also seeking artist residencies abroad.
