NORTHLAND HERITAGE GUIDE
The Northland Heritage Guide is a free publication for the Northland’s Museums Association, funded by Creative Northland and Northland New Zealand. The purpose is to showcase the wonderful heritage sites and museums that Northland has to offer. From the Kaipara District through to the Whangarei and Far North districts, our heritage sites and museums are truly world class.
In the guide, you will also see a message from Bronwyn Dalley (Northland Museums Association) and Hinurewa te Hau (Creative Northland). Hinu also shares her top picks and three Itineraries the travellers can enjoy.
If you would like to grab yourself a copy of the 2020/2021 Northland Heritage Guide, you can pop into local tourist stop offs from Auckland Airport up. Locations include art galleries, 46 i-SITES locations, museums, venues, accommodation providers and of course our Creative Northland office. Alternatively, you can view a digital version.
We hope you enjoy the guide and make time to explore our beautiful region. Whether you are from out of town or live locally, there are always treasures to find. So start your journey of discovery!
